Serving gelati is quite a different job than being a vet. For instance: every client leaves with a smile on their face! Working in the gelateria/coffeeshop (no guys, stop thinking about Amsterdam!!!) is just so much fun. On my first day I had to taste all the flavors, so I am aware of what I sell. (Tasting all the flavors is something you absolutely don’t want to do being a vet!) Every time a new flavor is put in the cabinet, you have to try that one as well; let’s call that a quality check! The G-team is also known as team AWESOME! Although most of them are almost half my age, I adjusted very well to these youngsters! (Or so I tell myself!) To top all of this, the regulars are so nICE! It will be hard to leave the Barossa…

  1. Hi Claudia and Tom, you have some great photos and captions on your blog. We had an awesome time in the Barossa and saw Josh and gave him your gift. He was very happy. We loved the gelato, coffee and muffins. We spent way too much on wines ? but had a ball. We are now in Murray Bridge and went for a 3 hour kayak today. We did stop a along the way. We loved the Flinders Ranges and Port Lincoln. Josh did say you were heading back home to Belgium. Safe travels and have a wonderful Christmas and the very best for 2018. Our email address is moule.robin@gmail.com You may come back to Aussie land again someday and if you are up our way you would be welcomed to stay. Take care, best wishes Robin and Garry
