After our separate trips (Claudia’s through the desert, Tom and Erwin’s on the East Coast), we were reunited in AWESOME South-South Australia, where there’s a winery around every corner! This is excellent for my dad as a wine connoisseur, and Claudia and I don’t mind a good wine tasting either 😉
We started in the beautiful Barossa Valley, where we’ve had an awesome time! Unfortunately for my dad, he had to leave this wine-paradise after a few days, but Claudia and I stayed for over a month, doing a house-sit, some work, and a LOT of tasting! We also made some new friends here, bonding over everything gourmet that this region has to offer.
